All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking details.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times displayed at checkout.
Shipping Within Europe
We offer flat rate shipping of €15 to all European countries.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we always aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are applied once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. WolffMount.com is not liable for these costs.
Shipping in the Netherlands
- Free shipping on orders over €100
- €6.95 shipping fee for orders under €100
We ensure fast and secure delivery within the Netherlands.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
