Give your screen a position without wall mounting

Desktop or floor

A desktop support needs a stable surface with enough space for its base. A floor stand needs a clear, level position and sufficient room around the complete screen.

Fixed or mobile

Wheels and brakes are model-specific features. Check the instructions before moving a screen installation and secure the stand at its destination.

Height and equipment

Compare screen height, base dimensions and available shelves. Confirm the load limits for the screen and any separate shelf or accessory.

Before you order

Check VESA, screen weight and size, then account for the complete installation’s footprint. Position the screen and cables so they do not create a tipping or trip hazard. Never assume a stand can carry a larger screen solely because its mounting holes match.

Compare desktop supports, floor stands and carts

A desktop TV foot or stand uses existing furniture, so compare the base footprint with the usable surface and its load capacity. A floor stand places the screen independently of a cabinet. A mobile cart adds wheels where the product specification includes them. Choose according to how the screen will be used: a fixed viewing position, a presentation space or a room where the display needs to be relocated.

Plan the complete footprint

Measure the base, the screen width and the space needed behind the display for connections. Allow for shelves, handles and any equipment added to the stand. Check the screen height adjustment against the intended viewing position. A screen that fits the VESA plate may still be unsuitable because of its weight, dimensions or effect on stability. Keep cables within a controlled route and leave sufficient clearance around the base.

Delivery for large TV carts

Large carts TVB-133 and TVB-136 carry an additional €50 handling charge because of their length and weight. This is added to the applicable standard shipping charge. Contact Wolff Mount before ordering these models for a confirmed delivery quote; automatic checkout delivery is currently unavailable for them. For other models, check the delivery information and product availability before planning installation. Remote Nordic addresses require a separate delivery check and any extra charge must be agreed first.
