Choosing a product
Check the individual model’s compatibility, dimensions, maximum load and installation requirements before ordering. TV diagonal size or a matching brand name alone is not sufficient. Pictures illustrate the product and its use; the model-specific description identifies included items. If a detail is unclear, contact us before purchase so we can help check it.
Prices and payment
Product prices and applicable tax information appear in the shop. For the current EUR storefront, prices include applicable taxes unless a clearly identified business arrangement states otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately and the total appears before payment. Only payment methods offered at checkout can be selected.
Discount conditions are shown with the relevant offer. Any code must be applied before completing checkout. We will contact you about an obvious pricing or description error rather than silently supplying a different product or charging a different amount.
Placing an order
Review the items, address and total before completing payment. The order confirmation records the purchase details. If you need an address correction, cancellation or other change, contact us promptly with the order number. Changes may no longer be possible once dispatch has started; your statutory rights remain available.
Availability and delivery
Availability is shown on product pages. If a stock or fulfilment issue affects an order, we will contact you about the available resolution. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days for available items. Carrier transit is additional. Read our shipping policy for destinations, charges and tracking.
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us about a delayed, damaged or missing order so we can investigate. A customer-support process does not remove rights relating to delivery or responsibility for goods in transit.
Returns and product problems
Consumer online orders have a statutory cooling-off right where applicable. Our return policy explains the notice, return and refund process. The cooling-off period and a claim for defective goods are different matters.
Products must meet applicable legal requirements. A commercial warranty supplements mandatory rights; it does not replace them. See warranty support for the details we need to assess a product problem.
Installation and safe use
Follow the supplied instructions and the limits of the product, device and supporting structure. Wall, ceiling and desk attachments need suitable construction and fixings. Use qualified assistance if you cannot establish a safe mounting method. Do not alter load-bearing parts or exceed a stated limit. These instructions do not exclude responsibility for defective goods or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website and content
Use this website lawfully and do not attempt unauthorised access or disruption. Wolff Mount names, images and product information are provided to help you choose and use our products. Contact us about permission for commercial reuse. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy notices.
Questions, complaints and applicable law
Send complaints to info@wolffmount.com with the order or product reference, a description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We aim to respond within one business day and will explain the next steps when investigation takes longer.
Dutch law applies subject to mandatory protections available to consumers, including applicable protections in their country of residence. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Updated terms apply to future transactions; the terms relevant to an existing purchase are not changed retrospectively by an online edit.
