Wolff Mount sliding door hardware provides the components for the specified door and rail arrangement. Compare the door, supporting wall structure and full travel space before choosing a kit. The individual product page sets out the included components and model-specific requirements.

Plan the door and rail

Create a guided sliding-door installation

Door dimensions and weight

Check the permitted door thickness and maximum load. Measure the opening and the space needed for the door to slide fully clear.

Rail installation

Compare the rail length and fixing positions with the available wall. The wall or supporting beam must take the complete operating load.

Clearance and guides

Allow for handles, skirting and the floor guide. Check that the door can move without contacting fittings or nearby furniture.

Before you order

Use the required stops and guides and follow the installation instructions. Confirm whether a door panel is included; a hardware kit should not be assumed to include one. Use an installer where the fixing structure or alignment is uncertain.

Measure the opening and the full travel space

Record the opening width and height, the door dimensions and the usable wall space alongside the opening. The door needs room to move completely into its intended position. Check the rail length against the specified installation arrangement and allow for stops. Handles, switches, skirting and nearby furniture can interfere with travel even when the opening itself is the right size.

Match the door to the kit

Compare door weight and thickness with the hardware specification. Check how the rollers or hangers attach and whether the door material is suitable for those connections. Read the included-components list to see which guides, stops and fasteners are supplied. A rail kit is not automatically supplied with a door panel, nor does it establish that your existing door can accept the required fixing method.

Prepare alignment and support

The rail needs a supporting structure capable of carrying the installed door during use. Plan the fixing points and check the floor guide position before assembly. Follow the instructions for alignment, stops and clearances so that the door remains guided through its permitted travel. Check the fixings and moving components after installation. If the wall construction or door attachment is uncertain, resolve it with a qualified installer before ordering or fitting the hardware.

Common question

Can the kit be used for any door? No. Door weight, thickness, fixing method and clearance must all match the kit’s specification.
