Information used for your order
We use the name, contact details, billing and delivery address, items ordered, transaction references and messages you provide to process purchases, arrange delivery, manage returns and provide support. Necessary details are shared with the payment and delivery providers involved in fulfilling your order. Payment providers process payment credentials through their own secure services; do not email us card numbers.
Website and account information
Our shop is hosted on Shopify. The store and its providers process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, session identifiers, basket activity and preferences to operate the website, keep it secure and support the checkout. If you use an account, the service also handles the information needed to identify you and show your orders.
Why we use information
Order fulfilment relies on the purchase contract; tax records rely on legal obligations; security and support can rely on our legitimate interests. Optional marketing and non-essential tracking require the applicable permission. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
