Features and use

An M8 mounting kit for creating clearance at a television’s mounting points. It includes four 50 mm M8 screws and four spacers of each length: 10, 15, 20 and 25 mm. Select the spacer and screw combination specified for the television; the kit is fitted at the TV connection, not as a substitute for suitable wall fixings.

Compatibility and installation

Follow the TV manufacturer’s instructions for screw thread and insertion depth. Account for all spacers, washers and mounting plates. A screw that is too long can damage the television.

Identify the screen and mount model before selecting an accessory or replacement fixing. Compare the thread, dimensions, attachment points and intended use with the product information. A part that looks similar can have a different function or fit. Use the specified quantity and component arrangement when assembling the installation.

For TV fixing hardware, the screw diameter and usable engagement must match the television’s threaded mounting points. A longer bolt is not automatically better: it must not bottom out or damage the screen. Spacers should be used only in the arrangement allowed by the mount and screen instructions. Device-specific accessories need the exact compatibility stated for this item.

Do not modify load-bearing parts or use an accessory to compensate for an unsupported mounting pattern. Check that the completed connection is secure and leaves cable access and ventilation clear. If the required part cannot be identified confidently, collect the model references and measurements before ordering. The accessory does not increase the capacity of the supporting mount.
